YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: In the coming week, the NA [National Assembly] inquiry committee Amulsar, or metal mines, will host archaeologists who want to present evidence that the Amulsar [gold] mine area is an archaeological site, and [therefore] according to many international standards, the operation of the mine in that area is impermissible.

In a conversation with our reporter, chairman of the [aforesaid] committee Sergey Bagratyan confirmed the fact of having a discussion with the archaeologists in the committee, noting that the exact date is not known yet.
