YEREVAN. – The parliamentary faction of the ruling My Step bloc sees a problem with the Constitutional Court not fully functioning after the 2015 constitutional reform. Lilit Makunts, head of the majority My Step parliamentary faction, said this at a January 29 briefing at the National Assembly of Armenia.

According to her, the transitional provisions, which were supposed to smoothly transition from the previous to the new edition of the Constitution, have shortcomings.

"This is exactly the main problem of the Constitutional Court, together with the crisis of trust," Makunts added.
