The campaign for the constitutional amendments referendum in Armenia will have a positive impact on the overall economic situation in the country, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Wednesday at the Armenian parliament.

According to him, the experience of 2019 shows that the key factor affecting the Armenian economy is the confidence of the Armenian citizens in their future.

As he noted, during this campaign the faith of the Armenia citizens will be further strengthened, which only means that economic activity will increase even more.

The PM expressed confidence that the campaign will not have any negative impact on the general economic situation. Instead, it will have a reviving effect, Pashinyan added.
