YEREVAN. – Within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with Margaritis Schinas, European Commission Vice President  and European Commissioner for Promoting the European Way of Life. The Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported.

The parties referred to Armenia-EU relations and highly assessed the existing level of partnership. Minister Mnatsakanyan stressed the readiness to cooperate more closely with the EU Commission and the European External Action Service.

In the context of discussions on migration and free movement, the EU Commissioner considered as exemplary Armenia's cooperation in the implementation of commitments under the Armenia-EU visa facilitation and readmission agreements .

Minister Mnatsakanyan attached importance to launching a dialogue on visa liberalization.
