STEPANAKERT. – On February 15, a service consultation was held at the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic, chaired by Defense Minister and Defense Army commander Karen Abrahamyan, the Artsakh MOD news service reported.

They discussed the recent deaths in the Artsakh armed forces. The commander of the army analyzed these cases, and talked about the possible causes of their occurrence and what to do next.

"The death of every soldier is a grave loss for us, and the bearer of the fault of that loss is every one of us," Abrahamyan said. "Recent events show that we are not doing something right somewhere."

The commander of the army, highlighting the work done, noted that, nonetheless, there were obvious shortcomings, in connection with which he gave specific instructions to the respective officials in charge.
