Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said his country is committed to negotiations on Karabakh.

His remarks came during a joint discussion on Karabakh with the Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.

Asked to comment whether the parties are going to appeal to the UN International Court, Aliyev noted that “we do not lose hopes that we will be able to restore our territorial integrity.”

“And we will not apply to the court. If by result of new approach of Armenia the negotiations are completely disrupted, it is possible that we will consider this option,” he added.
