After attending the Munich Security Conference, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov told reporters on Monday that Russian and Turkish soldiers are constantly in contact in Syria’s Idlib and that there is full mutual understanding, reports TASS.

He reminded that Russian and Turkish inter-departmental delegations are in another stage of negotiations in Moscow today. “All the facts are on the table, and I hope they exchange their ideas and lead to debilitation of the situation in Idlib, based on the agreements reached between the Presidents of Russia and Turkey,” he stated.
