YEREVAN. – There have been arrests, there will be again, of course. Eduard Martirosyan, Acting Director of the National Security Service (NSS) of Armenia, said this in a briefing with reporters today, when asked whether there will be new arrests of former or current officials in the near future.

"It's an ongoing process that always happens," he added.

Asked what happened to the cases of the arrests of former officials since the beginning of the revolution, the NSS acting chief responded: “Criminal cases have been initiated against almost all of them (...). That scope is expanding with the investigation, and there will be boisterous cases."
