Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today received Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas, who is on a working visit to Armenia, as reported the news service of the Government of Armenia.

The Prime Minister welcomed his visit to Yerevan, congratulated him on his appointment once again and attached importance to the role of the CSTO in ensuring security in the region. He also underscored the close cooperation to resist global challenges and voiced hope that it will be possible to solve various issues during his term of office.

Zas presented the earmarked projects and priorities of the CSTO, including the holding of joint military exercises and cooperation with other international organizations.

During the meeting, the parties also touched upon the organizing of events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and several other global and regional issues.
