YEREVAN. – There has been a task to show that the state is guilty of in the circumstances of the death of all those who died on March 1, 2008, that the demonstrations were peaceful. Hovhannes Khudoyan, one of the attorneys of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, said this today during the information conference, entitled "March 1 Case in Post-Revolutionary Armenia."

He stressed that the most regretful case for him is the circumstances behind the death of Police Captain Hamlet Tadevosyan. The lawyer said it was noted that if the demonstrators had thrown a hand grenade, there would have been a hole in the area, but it does not exist.
