By Order No 455-A of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia Suren Papikyan, Tigran Naghdalyan has been appointed acting director of the “Road Department” State Non-Commercial Organization, as reported the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia.
