The solution of socio-economic problems will be the focus of attention of the new authorities, and even the current crisis will not hinder the implementation of all the programs outlined, said Artsakh president Arayik Haroutyunyan on Tuesday.

He noted that salaries in the system do not allow solving important social problems, therefore the state will strive to provide high socio-economic guarantees, including free medical services for employees, even outside the republic.

According to him, all police officers will be involved in the program, within which employees will be able to take advantage of affordable mortgage loans.

"Large-scale construction projects will soon begin in the country," he added.
