If there is a branch of government and there is a certain procedure linked to the Constitutional Court or the judiciary, this can’t be a phony agenda. This is what Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan told reporters today, touching upon the claims of members of the political opposition that the issue related to the Constitutional Court is a phony agenda.

“The Constitutional Court and the judiciary can’t be a phony agenda because, in that case, what you’re saying is that the problem with one of the branches of government doesn’t matter to Armenia. This is nonsense,” he said.
