The President of the Russian Federation on Monday wished the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia a speedy recovery. Also, President Vladimir Putin congratulated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his birthday.

During today's telephone conversation, Putin wished good health and success to Pashinyan, as well as wished him and his family a speedy recovery. As reported earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that he and his family members have tested positive for COVID-19.

During their telephone conversation, Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin also exchanged views on the situation with the coronavirus and the possible further developments. In this context, they discussed cooperation between the ministries of health of the two countries. In addition, President Putin stressed Russia's readiness to assist Armenia in its fight against this pandemic.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the President of the Russian Federation also touched upon the parade to be held in Moscow on June 24 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked for the invitation to this event, expressed hope that he will recover before that and will be able to take part in all the events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of this victory.
