YEREVAN. – One more thing, the inauguration of the President of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] is constantly being spun. It happened within the framework of the legal regulations established in Artsakh. Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan mentioned this Wednesday during a live broadcast on his Facebook page, regarding the growing number of COVID-19 cases and deaths in the country, and referring to the aforesaid inauguration’s after-party during which those in attendance—including himself—were not wearing face masks.

"Now that we are talking about crowding near banks, we are not talking about taste, but about violating the order, rule, law. No law has been violated in Artsakh, in Shushi [where the inauguration and its after-party were held ]. [Solely] the Azerbaijanis and some circles sound the alarm about the violation of the law there," Pashinyan said.
