Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan doesn’t share the view that citizens are alleging the government for the spread of the coronavirus and the situation created as a result of that.

“Citizens are assessing the situation, not alleging the government. In other words, the government needs to understand the situation and what it hasn’t done and isn’t doing right. There are no allegations. Allegations are presented when there is an injured party and a party that has caused damage. In this situation, there are no such parties. All of us are the injured party and the party that is causing the damage. Consequently, the only way out of this situation is to oversee our line of conduct through public oversight. Our main goal is to make sure the coronavirus pandemic ends, and we have to do it together,” Prime Minister Pashinyan said during a briefing held after the session of the Commandant’s Office today.
