Apple, Google, and Microsoft CEOs have slammed Trump's visa restrictions.

Apple CEO Tim Cook took to his Twitter to note: "Like Apple, this nation of immigrants has always found strength in our diversity, and hope in the enduring promise of the American Dream. There is no new prosperity without both. Deeply disappointed by this proclamation."

Google CEO Sundar Pichai, in turn, said: "Immigration has contributed immensely to America’s economic success, making it a global leader in tech, and also Google the company it is today. Disappointed by today’s proclamation - we’ll continue to stand with immigrants and work to expand opportunity for all.

Microsoft's President Brad Smith, Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff, SpaceX head Elon Musk have also rejected new restrictions.

US President Donald Trump signed an order on Monday on introducing some visa restrictions until the end of 2020, including H1-B, H-4 и H-2B, L and some of J visa programs. The order may be extended after December 31 of this year.

According to the administration, the decree will help to create up to 525 thousand new jobs for Americans.
