Russian president Vladimir Putin has spoken about the artificial origin of COVID-19 pandemic, MK reported.

His remarks came on the air of the Russia 1 TV channel.

Putin has proposed people to counteract the virus, and not focus on its origin.

The Russian leader noted that it’s important for the state to understand the essence of what is happening to build effective protection, while where the virus came from is another issue.
