Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health of Armenia Alina Nikoghosyan has posted the following on her Facebook page:

“In response to the alarm sounded by deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia Naira Zohrabyan, I would like to inform that the Ministry of Health was already aware of the incident before her statement, and the police have also been contacted in order to ascertain the circumstances.

I would like to state that the details can’t be made public at this moment. Nevertheless, the DNA of the dead body will be conducted in case of need.

I would like to ask everyone to refrain from making assumptions without knowing the unknown circumstances and without becoming familiar with the details. Further information will be provided, if necessary.”
