YEREVAN. – There are even highly-developed countries that today are changing the message in connection with new masks. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia.

"In principle, the leader of one of the highly-developed countries has said the opposite for a long time, and today he has officially stated that he accepts that masks must be mandatory," he said.

"Now that we [Armenia] have a surplus of masks, we can move on to the third stage—calling on all our citizens to wear only factory-made masks. (...). We also said that factory-made masks are much more reliable and useful,” Pashinyan added.
