Since the state of emergency was declared in Armenia, a total of 137 cases of violation of the rules of isolation or self-isolation have been detected, and one case was detected yesterday, as reported the news service of the Police of Armenia.

Police officers, in cooperation with other relevant authorities, are overseeing sites for isolation or self-isolation.

A resident of Ijevan left home for domestic reasons, and police drew up a record in regard to this.

In cases provided for by law, violation of the rules for isolation or self-isolation also entails criminal-legal consequences, for example, if, due to violation of those rules, another person or other persons are infected or heavy damage is carelessly caused to human health, or the violation carelessly causes death. There are various types of punishment set due to the mentioned consequences, even up to imprisonment.
