Minister of Health of Georgia Ekaterine Tikaradze today said Georgia is ready to provide Armenia with the assistance it needs to fight against the coronavirus.

According to her, the Georgian side will provide assistance depending on the needs that the Armenian side indicates. “The Georgian side is ready to provide necessary support to its neighboring country,” Tikaradze said, News-Georgia reports.

Earlier, Georgia and Armenia had exchanged their experiences in the fight against COVID-19 during an online meeting, and Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia had said Tbilisi would send Georgian doctors to Armenia to provide assistance to the neighboring country.
