YEREVAN. – I am sorry to say that, due to the coronavirus, this year we will not be able to implement the project of planting 10 million trees. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this Friday while introducing the new minister, Romanos Petrosyan, at the Ministry of Environment of Armenia.

"But we must definitely implement that idea—I hope next year.

"We are now completing the transformation strategy until the year 2050, where we have set the task of doubling the forested areas of the Republic of Armenia by the year 2050," the PM stressed.
