Aram Vardevanyan, an attorney of Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan, on Tuesday submitted a new motion to court in order to lift the attachment on the property of Kocharyan and to reschedule the current court session.

When asked by the court the reason for rescheduling the current court hearing, the lawyer stated that the issue under consideration presupposes property rights, and considering other motions before resolving this issue will affect the efficiency of the work.
