A hybrid model is being discussed for resuming classes at universities; deputy prime minister Tigran Avinyan noted about this at Wednesday’s special session of the National Assembly of Armenia.

"Both current and remote learning methods are being discussed. The preliminary discussions are about starting the lessons from September 1 to September 15," added Avinyan, who is also commandant of the current state of emergency in Armenia due to the COVID-19 situation in the country.

He informed that the same approach will be shown in secondary vocational education institutions, too.

To note, the decision to resume classes in public schools has already been made; they will start on September 15.
