After a short break, the judge for the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and other ex-officials began examination of the motion to conduct a forensic medicine expert examination. The motion was filed by injured party Serob Grigoryan.

During the court hearing, Grigoryan loudly refused to repeat the motion. When the judge asked him if he had undergone expert examination within the scope of the case, Grigoryan said he hadn’t.

Prosecutor Petros Petrosyan clarified that Grigoryan had suffered material and physical damages and it had become clear that he was a participant of the events of March 1, 2008 a long time ago, and this is why no expert examination has been conducted. Both prosecutors were against the conduct of an expert examination in this stage.

Judge Anna Danibekyan ruled to not adopt any decision on the motion in this stage and postponed the discussion.
