Minister of Justice of Armenia Rustam Badasyan today attended the solemn ceremony of taking of oath of persons appointed compulsory enforcement officers for the first time and the granting of certificates hosted by the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

In the context of the symbol of the day, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan congratulated the minister and the officers of the Service and said the following: “The establishment of the third free and independence Republic of Armenia as a legal state became the winning card for historical justice for the Armenian people. These certificates aren’t formal. They serve as evidence of our past. I would like for you to continue and use your full potential for the benefit of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.”

Minister Badasyan also congratulated the attendees on Independence Day and emphasized that the day serves as a good opportunity to reinterpret the service to the homeland. “First of all, we need to believe in the work we do. For instance, I believe that Armenia will have a corruption-free Compulsory Enforcement Service. I would like for the administration and all employees of the Service to believe in this as well,” he stated.

During the ceremony, on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Armenia’s independence, by the orders of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer, several officers received incentives and awards for performing their official duties and tasks properly.
