YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Hero of Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], former secretary of the NSC [National Security Council] Vitali Balasanyan is in Armenia for several weeks.

Although he is a deputy of the Artsakh parliament, we were told that he does not communicate with virtually anyone, he has given up hope that something can be corrected in Artsakh, he has come to Armenia and is trying to shake up, stand up the opposition field of Armenia.

Balasanyan initiates active meetings with various opposition forces and politicians. He met with the former presidents, former defense ministers, leaders of opposition parties, various people—trying to persuade all forces to unite, to put aside their differences and ambitions, as the enemy [Azerbaijan] has plans for military revenge, whereas [Armenia PM Nikol] Pashinyan's halls of power are unable to push it back.

Balasanyan believes that Pashinyan is an "anti-Armenian" project, and only his departure [from power] will strengthen the country and prevent external dangers, about which he has repeatedly stated in his interviews.
