Azerbaijani prisoner of war Yulsiyv Nuradin Bakhtiyaroghlu has been provided with relevant medical aid in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

In an interview with Armenpress, Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan stated that the prisoners of war are provided with humanitarian medical care and services upon necessity.

“The prisoner of war is being provided with medical aid and humanitarian treatment in accordance with humanitarian rules, international and Artsakh’s domestic legislation. He has undergone surgery as needed,” Beglaryan stated.

As reported Armenpress’s sources from Artsakh, the name of the prisoner of war having undergone surgery is Yulsiyv Nuradin Bakhtiyaroglu, who has been receiving appropriate medical aid at a hospital for the past ten days.

Yesterday a video was posted on social networks showing soldiers of the Azerbaijani army executing Armenian prisoners of war.

The same day, Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan touched upon the video and declared that this serves as further evidence of a war crime committed by Azerbaijan.
