Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Today I attended the Requiem Service for deceased soldier, Private Marat Manukyan.

I expressed my condolences, listened to his parents, had a personal talk with his father, and based on that conversation, I understood that I have a right understanding of what we must do together as a nation.

We need to stand up for our rights, our homeland and our state and for the blood that our martyrs shed. There is no other way. Let’s take care and have a strong will for victory.”
