The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will not be discussed during Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal's visit to Moscow starting today. This was announced Thursday by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin, TASS reports.

According to him, the main topics of the talks starting today at the level of deputy FMs will be the events in Syria and Libya. "The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has nothing to do with Russian-Turkish cooperation in Syria," Vershinin added.
