Russia Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov has left for Washington for tomorrow’s meetings devoted to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as reported Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Ryabkov to TASS.

“Our Special Assignments Ambassador Igor Popov has left for Washington where he will meet with US officials to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and have meetings with the other Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group tomorrow,” the deputy minister said.

The meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is also scheduled to take place on October 23.
