YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: In fact, the [ongoing] Armenian-Azerbaijani clashes are only a cover for the current developments.

It is worthwhile for people to be informed that in the United States, back in the days of the July Tavush [Province] clashes, they were aware that Turkey would be involved not only in rhetoric, but also on the military dimension in a possible war between Azerbaijan and the NKR [(Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic)].

And if, with Washington's knowledge, Turkey gets involved in September—with weapons, military personnel and mercenaries—in the war unleashed in Artsakh, at least apparently it means that the US has not stopped Turkey. Why?

This is an essential question. A question will arise: Where does such information (…) come from? Such information, in my case, comes from the questions sent to the US Deputy Secretary of Defense, the State Department news [department], the State Department Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, the US Ambassador to NATO, the US Embassy in Armenia, and from the responses received.
