Gurratan Singh, a member of the legislature of the Canadian Province of Ontario, has condemned the use of cluster bombs by Azerbaijan against the civilian population of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

In his respective address in the parliament, Singh stated that the Karabakh conflict needs to be ended immediately.

Also, the Canadian lawmaker posted on Twitter the video of his address where he had noted that the use of cluster bombs against civilians violates international humanitarian law, and he tweeted as follows: “Right now, the world is watching a human rights crisis unfold – and Armenians across Canada are concerned. Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh need access to life, liberty & self determination. I stand with the call for an immediate end to hostilities & a permanent solution for peace.”
