Stepanakert was shelled by Azerbaijan Saturday morning, and the target is again the civilian infrastructures.

The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital is waking up again to the sound of adversary missiles, not long after the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs meeting Friday and the agreement on the implementation of the ceasefire agreements, the Artsakh State Service for Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

At 7:08am, explosions were heard in the city. At the same moment, the air-raid siren was sounded.

This time the central market of Stepanakert was targeted by Azerbaijani forces. Part of this public infrastructure was destroyed, causing great material damage to the civilian population.

The next blast destroyed a house—with all its property. Neighboring apartments were partially damaged.

According to preliminary data, no one was affected.

On the night of October 30-31, the overall situation in the capital and the regions of Artsakh had remained relatively calm.
