President of Russia Vladimir Putin views the support to the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh affected by the hostilities as a priority issue, RIA Novosti reported.

“As I said during the session held on November 13, assistance to the residents who suffered serious damages in Nagorno-Karabakh is currently a priority issue,” Putin said during a meeting with representatives of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Nagorno-Karabakh today and recalled that Russia is setting up an interdepartmental humanitarian response center to solve the current problems.
