The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation has sent more humanitarian aid to Stepanakert, TASS reported.

The cargo was loaded in Rostov-na-Don. The 20 trucks of the ministry transported 300 tons of construction materials, which will be used for restoration of apartment building and infrastructures in Nagorno-Karabakh. Some of the glasses sent on Tuesday will be distributed to workshops in Stepanakert where they will be cut for placing windows in buildings. The remainder of the glasses will be sent to the Martuni, Martakert and Askeran regions on Wednesday.

On November 21, the first trucks of the Ministry of Emergency Situations transported 45 tons of construction materials to Stepanakert.
