YEREVAN. – The situation with the coronavirus in the country is stable; it has slightly improved compared to 3-4 weeks ago. The Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia

"Since yesterday, there are no citizens who will be in a severe condition and we will not be able to hospitalize them. We hope that such a situation will be maintained for at least the next few weeks," he added.

According to him, however, hospitals in Armenia continue to work in the same regimen, as there are predictions that the coronavirus may intensify again in the country. "Experts say that a decline is possible again, and then another increase—with an interval of 2-3 months," the minister explained.
