I thought not to respond, or just to say: look what I said yesterday; but I remembered a story in connection with this writing of Pashinyan. Viktor Soghomonyan, head of the office of second President Robert Kocharyan, wrote this on Facebook, referring to the latest Facebook post  by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia.

"Someone asks a friend: Is it true that our neighbor won a car with a lottery? He responds: it’s almost right. It’s just that not the neighbor, but his brother, not with a lottery, but in the casino, not a car, but an apartment, not won, but lost. Lying and falsification are inseparable from Nikol," Soghomonyan added.
