The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, rescheduled Tuesday's court session on the criminal case against ex-President Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials on charges of attempting to overthrow the constitutional order in Armenia.

The court hearing was postponed because defendant—and former defense minister—Seyran Ohanyan's lawyer Karen Mezhlumyan was not in the courtroom, about which he had informed the court in advance.

The next court session is scheduled for December 8.
