The prosecutor's office of Vienne, France, has charged two Turks who had attacked Armenians, Ermenihaber reports.

The French police had detained a 45- and a 21-year-old Turk, who are father and son.

The court, however, had released them on bail on the condition that they would not leave France.

The indictment submitted by the aforesaid prosecutor's office states that the 45-year-old man had injured two while the 21-year-old had injured three Armenian protesters.

To note, a group of French Armenians had closed off the A-7 highway as sign of condemning the Turkish-backed recent Azerbaijan military aggression against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). But Turkish provocateurs in the area had provoked a clash, as a result of which about a dozen Armenians were injured.

On November 9, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a joint statement on a complete cessation of hostilities—which Azerbaijan had launched on September 27—in and around Artsakh.
