YEREVAN. – There are two options for [incumbent PM] Nikol Pashinyan: to either realize, acknowledge and leave voluntarily, or the National Assembly shall debate on the matter of his dismissal and elect a new, temporary prime minister. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a representative of the Armenia Supreme Body of the opposition Armenian Revolutionary Federation-ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party, noted this in a talk with reporters Thursday.

"He [Pashinyan] should go for that option under public pressure," Saghatelyan added.

In his turn, Artur Vanetsyan, the leader of the opposition Homeland party, stated that at these difficult times they had made a decision to nominate Vazgen Manukyan as their candidate for the post of Prime Minister.

Manukyan is a former Prime Minister, leader of the National Democratic Union party, and ex-chairman of the Public Council of Armenia.
