On May 3, 2021, I have received a comprehensive and well-grounded response from the Office of the President of the Republic regarding [acting PM] Nikol Pashinyan’s resignations, in 2018 and 2021, from the post of Prime Minister. Edgar Ghazaryan, former Chief of Staff of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, wrote this on Facebook.

"It turns out that Nikol Pashinyan refrained from personally signing his letter of resignation on April 25, 2021," Ghazaryan added in particular.
