YEREVAN. – The court session on the criminal case against Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and former deputy prime minister Armen Gevorgyan has resumed Tuesday.

The previous court hearing on May 4 was rescheduled due to Gevorgyan's absence, as he is in hospital.

His lawyer had told the court that his client’s treatment could take 10 to 14 days.

The previous two court sessions had been rescheduled, too.
