At least 43 people were killed as a result of the shelling of the Gaza Strip by Israel, continuing from the evening of May 10, TASS reported, citing Dunya Al Watan.

43 people were killed, including 13 children and three women, another 296 were injured of varying severity as a result of Israeli shelling, the Palestinian health ministry said in a statement.

In turn, the Israeli media report one dead and two wounded. The total death toll is 5.
