European and American airlines have canceled flights to Israel due to the escalation of the conflict between Palestinians and Israelis.

British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, and Iberia have canceled flights to Tel Aviv, Reuters reported.

Britain's Virgin Atlantic canceled its flight late Wednesday night and said it was considering a Thursday night flight.

Spanish Iberia and German Lufthans followed suit.

Wizz Air said it had postponed its flight from Abu Dhabi to Tel Aviv Thursday through Friday.

Emirates carrier Flydubai said it continues to operate daily flights from Dubai to Tel Aviv.

United Airlines, Delta Air Lines and American Airlines canceled flights between the United States and Tel Aviv yesterday.

Virgin Atlantic said earlier this week that bookings to Israel rose 250% weekly after the UK announced that Israel was greenlisted to resume travel abroad during the COVID-19 pandemic.
