I recommend setting up a Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora. This is what second President of Armenia, candidate of “Armenia” bloc for Prime Minister Robert Kocharyan said during today’s campaign meeting in the city of Berd of Tavush Province.

According to Kocharyan, this will help strengthen the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as work on coordinating Armenia’s cooperation with the Diaspora.

“I would like to remind that I have launched all large pan-Armenian initiatives, including the Pan-Armenian Conference, the Pan-Armenian Games, etc.,” he stated.
