Of course, the question is whether this was coincidence, a match or something else. Robert Kocharyan—the second President, leader of the "Armenia" bloc which will run in Sunday’s snap parliamentary elections, and its candidate for prime minister—said this in an interview with Russian media, asked if the transfer of prisoners of war and the factor of the US sparks questions.

“It’s hard for me to assess this, but the most important thing is that a certain number of prisoners of war were returned. However, this is still a very acute issue. We still don’t know how many prisoners of war and missing servicemen there are and the exact number of deceased soldiers. The authorities are deliberately concealing the number, or they simply don’t know the figures. This is unequivocally incomprehensible and inexplicable,” Kocharyan said.
