During the ruling Civil Contract Party’s (CCP) election campaign—ahead of Sunday’s snap parliamentary elections in Armenia—in Jermuk town of Vayots Dzor Province, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter asked acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is the CCP candidate for Prime Minister, whether there was a proposal by Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 10 of last year to end the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) war at that time.

But Pashinyan left this question unanswered, and greeted—with a loudspeaker—the people of Jermuk who met him on the street.
