YEREVAN. – First of all, it is a gross violation of the law. Thousands of [video] cameras have been installed in the city, there is already footage on the Internet, and the fact that it has not yet been found out who did it raises great doubts that it is being done by the authorities, or under their direction. Robert Kocharyan—the second President, leader of the "Armenia" bloc which is running in Sunday’s snap parliamentary elections, and its candidate for prime minister—told this to reporters after voting today, and referring to the anti-propaganda leaflets against this bloc that have appeared in the streets of Yerevan today.

"If the police do not find the criminals in the next 1-2 hours, we will consider and announce that it is being done by the authorities," Kocharyan added.
